Hosting Couple
Hosting Couples help set up Friday evening and clean up Sunday afternoon.

Prayer Partner Couple
Prayer Partner Couples pray for an engaged couple throughout the weekend and write a note of encouragement.

Supply Couple
Supply Couples order and maintain supplies at the Weekend facilities.

Prayer Partner Coordinating Couple
The Prayer Partner Coordinating Couple contacts potential prayer partners and ensures all engaged couples are prayed for over the weekend..

Presenting Team
Presenting Teams share their experiences in order to encourage stronger marriages.

Newsletter Couple
Newsletter Couple edits and distributes diocesan Engaged Encounter newsletters.

Telephone Information Couple
Telephone Information Couples respond to inquiries from engaged couples about the Engaged Encounter Weekend.

Parish Contact Couple
Parish Contact Couples provide their local parish with information on Engaged Encounter or respond    

to questions.


Decoration Couple
Decorations Couples could make banners or other decorations for Weekend facilities, conventions attended by the community, and so forth.

Scheduling Couple
Scheduling Couples schedule priests, presenting teams, and engaged couples. These are often separate positions with one couple assigned to each duty.


Babysitting Couple
Babysitting Couples baby-sit for presenting teams so that presenting teams with young children will feel comfortable with the care of their children while they are presenting Weekends. In addition, the children get the opportunity to feel a part of the Engaged Encounter community.
